The SPBL is sanctioned by Baseball Sask and follows Baseball Sask Provincial Rules ( 9 Man Baseball)
The SPBL is a Provincial wide league with teams based throughout Saskatchewan with 3 divisions.
East Division (2 Regina, WhiteButte, Estevan and Weyburn)
West Division (2 Regina , Lumsden, MooseJaw and Assiniboia )
North Division ( 1 Saskatoon, Sask Five , North Battleford, PA and Muenster )
Teams will play a 28 game schedule, 14 home and 14 away.
Game play will begin weather permiting late April / Early May and conclude 1 week before Provincial Tournament dates in Mid July.
In 2025 Sask Five will play 8 games against their division , Sask Five will host the West Division for 10 games and travel to the East Division for 10 games.
Divisional games would be played week days while Outer Divisional games would be scheduled on weekends as Double headers.
All regular season games count towards final provincial seedings.
The Top 8 teams would compete in 18U AA Tier 1 Provincials. Winner to this tournament is the League Champion and would represent Saskatchewan at the 18U AA Western Canadian Championships in August.
The bottom 7 teams will be seeded by Baseball Sask to determin the Provincial Tournament they attend.
